How does a electric kettle is made in our factory?

Step1:Cut steel: The steel plate is cuttd into the fan steel plate used to make the pot body. The cutting surface is smooth with no protruding points. The joint surface of the pot body can be welded seamlessly
Step2:Bending steel:Bend the steel fan into a tubular shape to form a preliminary body

Step3:Kettle body welding:The cylinder body is welded together. High temperature welding can melt the steel cutting line, so that the fan steel will join more tightly and not easily split when the cylinder body is rolled

Step4:Pressure casting:Rough grinding wheel carries out preliminary polishing on the body of the kettle, so as to produce a mirror and atomize effect. We suggest that the customer make a sanding body of the kettle, which will look cleaner than the mirror body after a long time of use

Step5:Water hole punching:Using high pressure mold to cut water hole, cutting surface more clean and neat, Inverted triangle outlet design, fit the hot water flow, more convenient to pour water

Step6:Welding kettle body screw: two stainless steel screws will fix plastic handle more better than one or aluminium screw, and screws won’t rut easily,and can insure you a long-term use.

Step7:Welding spout: When welded spout on kettle body, we will weld all weld spots left on first welding step, welding spots on spout will vanish in the end, making whole kettle look more elegant than rough polished spout.

Step8:Wash kettle body: After series produce procedures, there will be some ash and stainless steel left on kettle body, this step will clean whole kettle body,and also remove bad smell of stainless steel.
